Types of SMS

PROMOTIONAL/MARKETING SMS

For promotional, you can send without raising the sender ID. Once you raise a sender ID on the Corporate Route, you cannot use it to send promotional SMS. Once a number is on DND promotional messages will not deliver to that number.

OTP/TRANSACTIONAL SMS

OTP/ Transactional Messages are delivered via the Corporate Route. The Corporate Route cannot send promotional/marketing content. Any sender ID that has been raised cannot be used to send promotional/marketing content.

Please note that our platform supports the sending of promotional and OTP messages from the same account, but the sender IDs must be differentiated and assigned to the specified route.
