The delivery report (DLR) is only set based on what is received from the operator and submission is not one of them. The DLR is sent immediately after our system receives it from the operator, we do not have any DLR queued on our system. A delivered SMS might not receive DLR on time or immediately after it was delivered to the recipient’s line.

How To View Delivery Report

1. To get DLR via API, please share a callback URL to where DLR will be posted to. DLR is automatically sent to your callback URL if set when you created your API key. Details about the structure of the request posted to your callback can be found .

2. You can also choose to query the status of sender IDs programmatically using our status API, see details .
