When sending a message from your portal, you’ll be given the option to select a route; either the Open Route or the Corporate Route. Please use the Corporate Route for any sender ID that has been raised.

For the API method, kindly create an API key on either the Open Route or the Corporate Route, and assign the API key to the header of the API Client.
