Contact Group

SMS can be sent to a contact group that has been created on your account. It allows you to simultaneously send messages to multiple contacts from a CSV file. Clicking on the My Contact Group link from the dashboard will take you directly to your contact group page.

Creating a contact group is quick and easy.

  1. Navigate to your Contact Group page under the SMS toggle.

  2. Click on Add New Contact Group.

  3. Information required to create a new contact group is the Name, Details, and CSV file.

  4. Click on Create Group to create a new contact group. Immediately after a new contact group has been formed, it will be automatically saved to your contact group list.
